Discounts
Small Nonprofit, Small Business, and Small Government Discount
Organizations with 20 employees or fewer are eligible for special discounted pricing. Eligibility is verified after registration
and applied before invoicing.
Two-Day Registration Discount
Register for both days (All Majors Fair and Engineering Fair) and receive a 20% discount on your total registration cost.
You are welcome to ship booth materials for the Fall 2026 Career Fair. Please review the following guidelines:

Arrival Date: Materials may not arrive before MONDAY, September 28, 2026.

Return Label Required: A prepaid UPS or FedEx return label is required for us to process return shipping.

Return Label Tip: We recommend including the return label inside the original box you send. If needed, MSU staff can print a return label for you.

After the Fair:

Representatives only need to repack materials, attach the return label, and leave the box at their booth.

MSU staff will begin collecting packages at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30 and deliver them to UPS and FedEx.
Add Names & Emails of Representatives: Please ensure you register the names and emails of all attending representatives in advance to help streamline the check-in process. Send this information to careers@montana.edu by Monday, February 16. For changes after this date, representatives can visit the employer check-in table at the fair.
Post Job/Internship Opportunities: Post your job and internship opportunities on HireABobcat. You can add them to your registration for students to see before the fair. Students can also send their resume before the Fair and connect with you.
Electricity and Anti-Fatigue Mats: If your booth requires electricity or anti-fatigue mats, please reserve these items
in advance. A $30 fee will be added to your registration. To order, email halley.perry@montana.edu.
On-Campus Interview Tables: If you are interested in reserving tables for on-campus interviews, there is still
availability. The fee for a full day of interviews, 8 am - 5 pm, is $190.
Fitted Tablecloths: We kindly request that you avoid bringing fitted tablecloths to ensure a smooth setup
process.As a reminder, unless you are a premium sponsor or an 8 foot end cap table sponsor,
your registration is for a "space" on shared tables, not an individual table.
Registrants will receive a host email a week before the Fair with parking information,
a campus map, and other details.
