The Careers in National SecuritySeries brings together leaders from government, nonprofit, and private sectors to help students explore high-impact career pathways that strengthen national and global resilience.

2:15 PM - 3:15 PM | Panel Discussion - Careers in Cybersecurity, Biomedical, Space & Photonics| Students and Employers
Students can hear from professionals working in cybersecurity and technology as they share their career paths, industry insights, and advice for students interested in the field. Learn about opportunities in digital security and emerging technologies, and ask questions about how to get started in this growing industry in Montana.
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Round Table Discussions |Careers in Cybersecurity, Biomedical, Space & Photonics| Students and Employers
Connect with professionals in small-group round table discussions focused on careers in cyber, biomedical, space, and photonics security. Students will spend 20 minutes at each table before rotating, giving them the opportunity to meet multiple industry experts, ask questions, and learn about different career paths in these rapidly growing fields in Montana.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Wrap Up Mingle with Students and Employers
End the day with casual conversations between students and employers. This informal networking time allows students to connect with professionals they met throughout the event, continue discussions, and build new connections. Be sure to bring your questions and your Handshake profile to help guide conversations about internships, careers, and next steps.
