Patrick is the Fiscal manager for the Center for Research on Rural Education. He has been with Montana State University for 10 years and has been active in Fiscal Management for most of his career. Prior to coming to CRRE, he was the Team Lead for Academic team 4 in Fiscal Shared Services. He is also a 30 year veteran of the US Military serving on both the US Marine Corps and the US Army.
