Last day for late fair entries July 1, 2026 Late entries will be accepted until July 1 for the 2026 JB Co. Fair.  Late entries must be done through the Exension Office and are subject to a late fee. 
MT 4-H Pre-Congress July 5-6, 2026 Pre-congress is in Bozeman on July 5-6.  Registration closes on June 15.
MT 4-H Congress July 7 - 10, 2026 Congress in Bozeman is July 7-10.  Registration closes on June 15.
Last day to make changes to fair exhibits July 17, 2026 The last day to make corrections for fair exhibitors is July 17.  Email judithbasin@montana.edu with corrections. No corrections will be allowed after July 17.

Record Books Due to Ext. Office September 1, 2026 Record Books must be signed off by your leader and turned into the Ext. Office by 5:00 pm Tuesday September 1, 2026.  No late books will be accepted - no exceptions.
Record Book Judging September 3, 2026 Record books will be judged on Thursday September 3, 2026
MT 4-H State Horse Show September 10-13, 2026 State Horse Show will be held in Lewistown at the Fergus Fairgrounds this year.
Mt 4-H WRH Show September 18-20, 2026 WRH Show will be held in Joliet this year.
