About

Paddy Fleming is a fifth generation Montanan whose family first came to Montana in 1862. He has deep roots with MMEC: he was the Kalispell Field Engineer from 2001-2003, a MilTech Field Engineer from 2006 through 2013, and the Kalispell Field Engineer once again from 2013 to 2014.  He has served as the Director of MMEC since 2014.

Paddy has over 27 years of experience in leading, managing and improving manufacturing businesses.  He is the past Vice Chair of Montana’s District Export Council and was named the 2015 Montana Manufacturing Advocate of the Year by the Montana Manufacturing Association.  Prior to joining MMEC, he held numerous top level engineering and management positions in the paper, aluminum and machinery industries for such companies as International Paper, Tenneco, BW Paper Systems and Timberline Tool.
