Joshua O'Neil was born in Hawaii. One of our many fond memories was when we took him to the beach. The first thing he would do was grab a handful of sand and stuff it in his mouth. He really liked sand!

Joshua had a big, outgoing personality. He was always looking for an opening where he could be a goof, definitely with the intention of getting one or more people laughing. As a movie lover, It made sense that he chose to pursue a degree in film. We have no doubt he would have been successful in making ones that brought smiles and laughter.

Joshua also had a serious side and wanted to make films about important subjects that would make us all pause and think. He had a wonderful way with children. He never tired of playing with them, so movies for kids were on his list as well. It goes without saying that Joshua is missed daily by his family, friends, and all who knew him. The world could use some of his smiles and laughter today.
