About Facilities Services

Facilities Services at Montana State University is charged with the maintenance and operations of all university buildings, grounds, and infrastructure systems.

We provide the technical expertise to maintain and update over 6.5 million gross square feet of space, 436 research labs, 338 instructional spaces, 200 acres of irrigated ground, and over 25 miles of sidewalk. This includes:

  • Skilled Trades: Carpenters, Electricians, Painters, Plumbers, Laborers, Locksmiths, Grounds Staff, and Custodians
