Dr. Wilmer specializes in international human rights, war and conflict, gender and politics, and indigenous peoples.

Dr. Wilmer is a prolific author. Her most recent book Breaking Cycles of Violence in Israel and Palestine, Empathy and Peacemaking in the Middle East, was published February 2021.

David Parker

Dr. Parker specializes in legislatures, political parties, and elections.

He is currently working on a book entitled, "The Seditionists: How the Assault on Congress Continued After January 6th", co-authored with Sean Theriault at the University of Texas-Austin.

He currently resides in Madison, WI where he is a lectureer at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsn-Madison.
