TOPAZ will be down on Monday, March 23rd at 11 p.m. until Tuesday, March 24th at 3 a.m. for an upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Some users are having issues with TOPAZ while using Chrome. If you are on a PC please use Firefox or Edge (not in Internet Explorer mode).If you are on a Mac please use Safari or Firefox. Thisissue has been reported to TOPAZ and they are working on a solution, but no timeframe of when if will be fixed. Also, check that your Chrome is up to date with the latest version. If youare still having issues, please contact nicole.soll1@montana.edu 

Request to have privileges updated in TOPAZ for IRB protocols

If you need to have your privileges updated in TOPAZ for an IRB (human subjects) protocol, please complete the form below. Once your account has been updated you will recieve an email notification. These requests are usually processed within 72 business hours. 

Please note: Key Associate (view only) accounts will be created when required IRB training is complete. Trainings are uploaded twice a week. If you need to have your privileges updated complete the form.
